4박 5일의 1차 홍콩·선전 워크샵에서 함께 걸으며 얻은 통찰을 각자의 한
챕터로 응축했습니다. 마지막 Ch.10 〈Agile〉은 저자 크레딧이 아니라
그 1차 워크샵 여정 자체의 기록입니다.
This is not simply a joint publication. Under Research Director Huh Jong Kyu's
facilitation and overall direction — with General Secretary
Kyungyeol Kim supporting the workshop and editing the manuscript —
nine authors distilled the insights from the August 2024 first Hong Kong–Shenzhen
workshop (4 nights, 5 days of walking together) into a single chapter each.
The final chapter — Ch.10, "Agile" — is not an author credit, but
a record of that first workshop's journey itself.

The eleven chapters are the physical evidence of Jagangheon's first operating
principle. Won Ilwoo — former Vice President of Daewoo Construction — addresses
Korea's construction industry. Lim Naegyu — former Vice Minister of Commerce and
Industry — argues the case for a 0% corporate tax rate. Heo Jongmi — former aide to
Rep. Lee Seung-hee — takes on aging and demographic standardization. Kim Jeongbae —
a 30-year collector of Chinese historical-figure ceramics — presents the vision for
a museum. Nine seeds, converging into a single book. This is Agile.
2024년 11월 발간 직후 국회토론회를 열 계획이었으나, 그해 12월의 비상계엄으로
1년 반이 지연되었습니다. 마침내 2026년 4월 2일 국회 의원회관 제5간담회의실에서
개최된 토론회는, 이 책에 이미 설계되어 있던 질문들을 1년 반 늦게 공론화한 자리였습니다.
A National Assembly forum was planned for immediately after publication in
November 2024. That December's martial law delayed it by eighteen months. When
the forum finally convened on April 2, 2026, in Room 5 of the National Assembly
Members' Office Building, it was giving public voice — eighteen months late —
to the questions already drafted in this book.
