1. 수집하는 정보

- 이메일 주소 (인증 및 원본 대화 접근 링크 발송용)
- AI와의 대화 내용 전체
- 접속 시각, 사용 기기 정보 (보안 로그 목적)
- Email address (for verification and conversation access links)
- Full content of AI conversations
- Access timestamp, device information (for security logging)
2. 활용 목적
2. Purpose of Use
- 당신의 대화는 익명화되어 자강헌의 맥락 패턴 연구에 활용됩니다
- 다른 참여자가 당신의 원본 대화를 열람할 수 없습니다 — AI가 집단 수준에서 추출한 패턴만 외부에 제공됩니다
- 18개월 embargo 후 주제 클러스터 조건 충족 시 익명화된 맥락 패턴이 공개 학술 자산으로 편입됩니다 (원본 대화는 공개되지 않음)
- Your conversations are anonymized and used in Jagangheon's context pattern research
- Other participants cannot access your original conversations — only patterns extracted at the collective level by AI are shared externally
- After an 18-month embargo and upon meeting topic cluster conditions, anonymized context patterns may be incorporated into public academic assets (original conversations are never disclosed)

3. Retention Period
- 원본 대화는 수집일로부터 5년이 경과하면 자동 파기됩니다
- 동의 이력은 법적 증거 확보를 위해 5년간 보관됩니다 (단, 개인 식별 정보는 삭제 요청 시 즉시 익명화 처리)
- Original conversations are automatically destroyed 5 years after collection
- Consent records are retained for 5 years for legal evidence (personally identifying information is anonymized immediately upon deletion request)
4. 당신의 권리
4. Your Rights
- 접근권: 자신의 대화 원본에 언제든 접근할 수 있습니다
- 삭제권: 언제든 삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 이메일 확인 링크 클릭 후 즉시 집행됩니다 (되돌릴 수 없음)
- 중단권: 세션을 언제든 중단할 수 있으며 페널티가 없습니다
- 후속 연구 분리 동의: 후속 연구 참여는 별도 동의 없이 진행되지 않습니다
- 철회권: 선택 동의는 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다 (필수 동의 철회는 삭제 요청과 같음)
- Access: You may access your own conversation records at any time
- Deletion: You may request deletion at any time; it is executed immediately upon clicking the email confirmation link (irreversible)
- Discontinuation: You may stop a session at any time without penalty
- Separate consent for follow-up research: Participation in follow-up research requires separate consent
- Withdrawal: Optional consent may be withdrawn at any time (withdrawing required consent is equivalent to a deletion request)
필수 동의를 철회하면 수집된 데이터 삭제가 함께 진행됩니다. 선택 동의만 철회하고자 하는 경우 대화는 보존됩니다.
Withdrawing required consent triggers deletion of collected data. Withdrawing only optional consent preserves your conversations.
5. 제3자 제공

자강헌은 당신의 원본 대화를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 외부에 공개되는 것은 집단 수준의 익명화된 맥락 패턴뿐입니다.
Jagangheon does not share your original conversations with third parties. Only anonymized, collective-level context patterns are disclosed externally.
